I am renowned for my meticulous attention to detail and a track record of successfully supporting organisations across diverse industries with a spectrum of services including industrial product design, mechanical engineering, research and development, risk management, production implementation, design for manufacture, test method implementation & validation, project management, as well as mentoring and managing other engineers and small teams.
Away from work, I enjoy an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. Tennis is a particular passion, complemented by leisurely cycling and long walks whenever the opportunity arises. I also enjoy encouraging my two teenage children, who have developed a keen interest in technology and engineering, making for plenty of interesting conversations at home.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients, manufacturers and engineering teams across the world, with projects taking me to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark and Ireland. These experiences have provided invaluable insight into different cultures, industries and approaches to engineering, while allowing me to build lasting professional relationships with talented people from a wide range of disciplines.
From early-stage concepts through to commercially successful products, I have been fortunate to contribute to projects that have pushed technological boundaries and delivered meaningful innovation. Every project has presented its own unique challenges, broadening my knowledge and reinforcing my passion for solving complex engineering problems through practical, well-considered design.
